PRODUCTION

CUTTING

The cutting department is organized into two sections: automated and manual cutting.

Automated cutting systems allow for precise fabric placement and consistent cutting across different materials and garment sizes. Manual cutting is used when the characteristics of a fabric, its print, or the construction of a garment require direct control and particular attention to placement.

SEWING LINES

Production is organized across two sewing lines, each with its own areas of expertise.

The first focuses primarily on outerwear and more structured fabrics, including coats and jackets. The second specializes in lighter garments such as dresses, skirts, trousers and blouses.

This organization allows methods and expertise to be adapted to the specific construction of each garment.

HAND FINISHING

Alongside the sewing lines, hand-finishing completes the garment wherever greater precision and sensitivity are required.

Details that cannot rely solely on industrial processes are carried out by hand, maintaining direct control over the quality of the finished garment.

PRESSING

Pressing accompanies different stages of garment construction and plays an essential role in defining its shape, volume and finish.

Each garment is handled according to the characteristics of its fabric and construction before moving on to the final quality checks.

QUALITY CONTROL

Before leaving the factory, every garment undergoes a final quality control.

Construction, measurements, workmanship and finishing are checked before the order is approved, packed and prepared for shipment.
